No response to complaints RE Best Friend Treats

Have sent several complaints RE Best Friend Treats that made my and two other friends' pets VERY ill. We have sent several complaints via email and twitter. We want a written plan of action from the group. The lack of response on this very serious case is utterly unacceptable. Animal lives are in danger!
