I am so amazed by the fantastic service from [URL Removed] I ordered a dvd (I urgently needed it for my honours studies) very early this morning at 01:30. The dvd was only R75 and the delivery was R35, thus R110 in total - cheaper than retail prices!! The best part: It was delivered TO MY HOUSE by 11:30 this morning!
As customer service in SA's retail shops continues its sharp decline (incompetency, unwillingness to assist and plain rudeness from staff), I foresee that more and more South Africans will start to shopping online. It's scary the first time, but only until you realise: It's MUCH faster, WAY cheaper and there is a LOT less frustration! :)
