In user-experience you rated ok to blah, the site is non-fluid in most of it's processes. The design looks like you've been joined-at-the-hip to an archaic back-end and you can't change it without too much investment.
I didn't feel specially treated in anyway or delighted by the online shopping experience or delivery. You have stayed well connected by emails through out and that's made me feel secure and informed.
I did find 2 of the same articles on the site, under different categories? that can be confusing BUT the price difference helped my decision and I chose the cheaper of the 2 identical items -
