I once owed jet and i was on bad debt becouse i was not working.up until someone foned me from their collections department. MBDCS told me to pay the amount and advise me if i pay before 21 dec 2012 i will get a discount .i went to pay at Jet as i was told .the jet consultant foned MBD to confirm the amount they both agree that i need to pay that amount an promised me that my name will be removed from bad debt.that was in dec when i went to jet store to check if my name is clean they keep on telling me its not and no one seems to know what happened as i'm getting different stories all the time .i am tired of their .the reason why i paid my account in full is that i want my name to be removed from bad debt, i was told that i will get a paid up letter but i am still waiting since dec.
