After 6 months of use, just an hour a day, doing moderate exercise or walking, the mesh on the shoe developed a tear. After speaking to Steve Maarschork at the regional head office, he claims that either I tore the shoe or hooked it on something. Being a responsible adult, it is impossible to tear a pair of shoes that cost me R1500. I suggest that this retailer is not interested in customer satisfaction or retention, therefore I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THIS BRAND!!! HAZEL STEINBUCH SANDTON
