I am livid! i ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Zando on Saturday 23rd. the order was fully processed on Monday. i have a wedding to go to tomorrow and still no shoes.
no communication from Zando whatsoever. Tammy, gives me the couriers details, after telling me there was a 2 day delay with the trucks from Capetown, first time im hearing about it.
i call Roxanne and she tells me to buy shoes from somewhere else for tomorrow or go to the Depot in Kempton park because there is no guarantee that i will get them today. utterly disgusted by the service. i will never buy from Zando again. what a gamble!
you really should be ashamed of yourselves and your suppliers. i'm extremely upset and extremely inconvenienced!
