I have spoken to Denise van der Walt this morning from complaints division. I try to explain to her my complaint and requested that she call me on my cell and she kept on interrupting me and I eventually had to drop the call.1) I need to be compensated by the mistake from the incorrect e mail from markhams and expect a credit on my acc or at least a voucher seeing that I have been with markhams for many years.2) I need a apology letter on a letterhead from markhams regarding the incorrect date on the e mail used and also a apology letter from Denise van der Walt personally for the way she spoke to me this morning.
