Oh my word, how pathetic? I lodged the complaint a month ago and i still haven't received feedback about the horrific service I received. All I got was probably one of those automated responses telling me they appreciate the feedback and that it has been escalated to Management, ya right! I guess they all on leave still enjoying their bonuses because clearly no one is interested in the customers. Disgusting.
