I requested Glasfit in Ermelo to come and replace four of my house windows on the 8th of February 2013. They phoned me the morning of the 9th informing me that they will do the work on the Saturday. The people came and install the new windows. The next morning we relished that my Wife's wedding and dressing rings disappeared from where she had left it. Only her watch was still there. This was reported to Glasfit and Cas (the owner) said that I must come and see him with the suspect on Friday the 15th at 14H00. When I arrived at the shop, Cas and his worker was not there. The lady working at the shop contacted him and he said to her to tell me that he do not have anything to say to me and the police must investigate the case. He did not have the decency just to contact me to tell me not to waist my time and drive all the way for nothing. It is clear that Cas only cares about making money and do not take any responsibility of what his people are doing in your house. He does not send them with supervision so it is your problem. I would have liked to have discussed the incident with his employees with him present to see if I can not convince them to return the ring. He just don't care.
