We bought a bed and matress set on credit from Bed And Lounge. After succesfull application, we went to the store to sign the deal and collect the bed. Then we learned that it is part of their credit policy, which we have not yet been able to see, that they must deliver the goods at the cost of R200. We practically live down the road, but still have to pay the R200 deilvery fee, which is included in our lease agreement and bears interest at 21%. We even offered to pay cash for the delivery, in order not to attract interest on this too. The also promised to deliver the goods the following morning. During lunch the following day, (the day on which delivery were suppose to take place), I phoned to follow up. I was assured that it would still be delivered during the afternoon. At 16:30 I phoned them to find out if/when the bed will still be delivered, and I was once again assured that they are loading the truck as we speak. Needless to say, I am still waiting!!!
