I received my account on the 3 January 2013, I subscribe to 5 of the inhoush magazines on on receiving my account only 3 were enclosed.i promptly phoned the CUSTOMER SERVICE helpline and was told I must contact the relevant magazines. I told him this was nonsense I subscribe through Foschinis, I had paid for the magazine and had called CUSTOMER SERVICE! he put me on hold for a very long time. I phoned the switchboard and asked to speak to the call centre mamager, i was put thought to his assistant as he was away (an extremely POLITE lady, who agreed that what the agent advised me was totally wrong) she took all my details and promised that the call centres agent would call me back, that day. Well it is 17h55 11 January 2013 and NO PHONE CALL! and NO MAGAZINES .Is this the kind of service a customer should be receiving from foschinis? I
