I bought a guess handbag from edgars in vaal mall, a few months back, but everywhere on the handbag the leather is coming off the bag. I am very disappointed in the product because I have spend R1200 on the bag to only last me a few months. I am familiar with the Edgard store in vaal mall and know if i go back to the store they will not assist me because over all they are not a very user friendly store. I would like an exchange on the product due to the fact that I can not use it any more, and see no need to have spend R1200 on a bag to only last me a few months.
