We ordered from Pick n' Pay online shopping on 05th Feb 2013. There were missing items, and items that had been duplicated on the bill but which weren't received.
We emailed them [Email Removed] on the 6th Feb 2013 informing them of the problems, and requested feedback and rectification. The order number was quoted.
By the 8th, we still had not had feedback and forwarded the query onto [Email Removed] and cc'd the onlineshopping as well.
To date we are still waiting feedback!!
