Since pnp got revamped the price got a lot higher, and the products got less. It makes it difficult to shop at the new wow pnp. As some of the products that were there just went missing!!

Then you get to the quality of foods. It feels like the pnp just doesn't care for the goods. Yesterday I bought 2 garlic breads. All I wanted was a nice normal garlic bread as we got family coming over for a braai. We see them once a blue moon. When I opened the so called good quality bread, it was 2 different ones. The one was yellow with cheese and the other one plain (paying the same). Then it looked like it was rolls just pushed into each other to form a big roll. I wanted to add a bit of taste extra. What a mess as the bread wasn't properly cut had a line cut down in the middle, broken looked like it was thrown around and mishandled. I felt ashamed to give my family food that looked like that. Then the other day I bought juice thank goodness I saw what was going on. 3 bottles was leaking. You turn it over it starts flowing. Making a mess all over my clothes. Nice one hey

Then the staff gives really bad service. They are so unfriendly and unhelpful. And chit chats to the friend instead of helping us
