Woolies Food - Bad Quality, Bad Service, High Price

Woolworths Food is not what is used to be. Quality has really gone down. I just ordered online as I was working late and they basically send me veggies i could use in my composter.

1. They sent me wilted slimy watercress
2. Lettuce that also had off slimy leaves
3. They have a special listed on their site 3 pineapples for R20 but charged me full price per pineapple. False advertising.
4. I requested to phone me for substitution but instead they simply left out the bread rolls I ordered. I actually only needed bread rolls for lunch as I'm finishing work too late to go and buy. The other stuff was simply extras. Would have been nice if someone phoned to substitute because now I had to go back to the shops anyway to buy bread.

Their products are priced way too expensive for such bad quality and such bad service.

I will no longer be purchasing fresh produce from Woolworths or using their online facility.
