Still you accuse me of using your product incorrectly!
I clearly stated that your suction cup released BY ITSELF on the first stroke of the knife! What don't you understand? Did you test the specific sharpener I purchased? Maybe there is something wrong with that specific sharpener's suction cup? Do you blatantly blame all consumers of misusing your products when there is a complaint?
Still no phone call... I am utterly disgusted with your customer service... If you can call it service...
I want a new knife!
