Gillette/P&G South Africa (probably the most incompetent bunch of employees from Sibusiso at P&G in JHB to Tembisa & Tlotlo from Gillette SA), it's a disgrace that a public company of this magnitude can not provide adequate training to their staff but my biggest issue is that P&G can sell Old Out Of Date products with Arabic product explanation in high end retail outlets.
A short explanation (To my behest I purchase old stock blades as the current model was not available & the store was only getting deliveries in 6 weeks. After realising that my blade handle does not fit the blade types, I returned to purchase a blade handle but they don't stock this out dated handle anymore. I can not get a refund (understandably) as i have now used 1 blade. I went to 2 other stores with the same "no handle" problem. After calling the holding company, distribution office & call centre. No Gillette staff member can find where these blade handles are stocked or even a solution! Throwing these blades away... After over 15yrs of using Gillette products, we are enemies. Don't bother using the South African Proctor & Gamble/Gillette customer care channels. There is a reason they don't respond here!!!
