Late and incorrect delivery, Failure to refund

I ordered some items on-line from Metro Home Centre; I made my EFT payment and phoned to follow up on my order. I was told it was processing and I would receive it as soon as all the items were ordered.

I only received my order in Feb (month and a half later). In-between this time I had phoned multiple times to follow up on my order and insisting that they phone me back with progress so that I wouldn't have to phone all the time. Every time they said they would keep me in the loop. This never happened!

When I went to fetch my order in Feb at the post office one of the items was not included. I then phoned again, this time I asked to be put through to a manager. The manager said he will investigate and get back to me in 10 minutes, he never! I phoned again the next day to find out and he said the item I ordered had been discontinued. I asked for a refund and he said that's fine, all I would need to do is email him my banking details. I sent through my banking details on Monday (11 Feb 2013) and still no refund or phone call!!!
