Terrible Service and No Response to Queries

I was called in Oct/Nov by the tfg group, informing me that I had won a crossword puzzle. The woman said I would receive my R1000 voucher with my next statement. I received my statement though no voucher accompanied it. I called the call center to enquire and was given the number for Mary joy who deals with competitions. Throughout the Nov/Dec period I had been calling with no success. I left voicemails and none were returned. When I got a hold of her in Jan, she informed me that she would check up on it and call me back. For 2 weeks I received no response to which I called and left another msg. Eventually I got a hold of her to which she responded that they were posting the vouchers that week (mid Jan). This week, I receive a voucher for a R100 (if I spend R400 or more) and that's only if I open a second account! Why do I need to open a second account?? I find it highly unprofessional to phone a client and inform them that they've won something as well as have their name printed on the club magazine as a winner but with no prize! I pay my account well and they have no problem billing me for the fee for the club subscription. I'd like to know when I'm to receive my prize and what of Mary Joy??
