I ordered goods from Takealot for the first time this week. Come Friday, they contacted me to tell me my stuff was on it's way. Around 4pm I get a phonecall from the video store beneath my office (my primary delivery address) to tell me that the delivery man had just left it there and gone. If it wasn't for the honesty of the store clerk, I might have lost my goods. They didn't even read my very specific and easy to follow delivery instructions (that I can see are stapled to the package), they just dumped it. No phone call to me to confirm, no phone call to even find the office, nothing. Highly unimpressed.
