I ordered a pair of Black wedgess less than a month ago. I called in to ask for
another pair of the black wedge that i ordered due to the material on the
wedge heel having a bubble on it. its not even a month that i have the shoe and as i thought the quality is
pathetic. The sock on the shoe is pulling apart and this is the second time i am
wearing it, it isnt even stitched to the sole, rather glued and its
peeling. this i never for-sore. the upper sock also seems as if it is going
to pull apart from the heel,
this is a launch footwear product, how can Zando stock such inferior
quality goods? its pathetic and sad.
then i bought a black Levi shirt. well done on the speedy delivery for a change. Although when i
got the shirt its like a dark green instead of a black. HOW IS THIS
POSSIBLE.
I have no energy left in me to call you people any more and fight over
this.
Please, people are spending money on these products, the least you could do
is assure that you have qualified people doing proper quality checks before
you dispatch an inferior or incorrect item. these goods aren't handed to us
for free. We are using our money for good
