I want my money back!!

I bought a TV in Jul '12 and was trapped into buying an Ext Warranty Policy by Elaine Moodley who assured me that the TV will be replaced if ANYTHING goes wrong. In Nov '12 I handed the TV in as it didn't work. It was taken to the back, a lady pointed out that my TV was dumped on top of goods and goods dumped on top of my LED TV leaving it scratched and damaged. The lady refused to give me her name as she feared intimidation. The incident was brought to the att. of Grace who showed no interest to assist. I requested an inv. (which I never received) after I was told to pay for damages caused by lightning. Months passed and then I contact the Manager Mark Cotty. His assistant Alida took the details and said she will investigate. Weeks later the Sales Manager, Mali Maxengana contacted me, apologised and agreed to carry the full charge for repairs. He said that he's not sure how to compensate me for the damage to my TV but he will investigate and let me know - he didn't. When I contacted him, he said that he doesn't have to deal with this and if I want to take it further, it is my right.
