I bought two blackberry torch through this store about 5 months back, on the 26th of january this year I took one in as it was faulty, the lady that assisted me, said that the turn around time would be one to two weeks. I called today to follow up as no one had the decency to let me know what was happening after two weeks. Lesego who attended to my call was absolutely unhelpful, first she insited that she told me it would take 3 weeks, so in hind sight she is saying I am lying, she dropped the call. I phone back and asked for a manager of which she refusaed to put through, then her story changes and she says I was in the store this last weekend, shortly after that she hung the call again!!! I am mortified by her behavior, the least she could of done was given me a courtesy call to let me know that the phone was not back from MTN! She has no telephone etiquette and does not know the essence of customer service! I will never support this store again if this is the type of staff they have and how they value their customers is now evident to me!! I want an apology from this lesego lady who thinks she can adress people any which way she feels is right! I am completely disgusted!!!
