Honestly, Hungry Lion has the worst customer care. on the 28th December at around 09:12 i go to hungry to purchase some food. I have to wait five minutes just to get my order rung up because the till operator is sitting at the back. Once that is done, she disappears again so there is no one to ask any further questions from. then, after 20 minutes of working and complaints from other customers of slow service the response from the staff is "please, where have you ever been where you didn't have to wait? You people like to complain". They then continue to talk about the customers until I told them we had a right to complain because they were wasting time gossiping about their privates lives for all to hear.
Please train your stuff on customer care management, or your managers on how to manage the store because they
