I had my house renovated @ the end of 2012. I purchased 2 toilets from CTM, but after installing 1, found out that they were badly made. CTM sent their supplier out to me to assess the problem and it was agreed that the supplier would pay for the removal and replacement of the toilet. The work has been completed, but my plumber has not been paid. It has now been 11 weeks since the issue with no response.
