I made an order with Home Choice in September 2018, but received an incomplete order on the 3rd of December 2018.
On the 21 December 2018 I returned the order.
Then 2019 I was notified through their agent in Botswana that Home Choice have sent me to ITC.
I gave them prove that I returned the goods to Home Choice and Home Choice acknowledged that they received the returned goods.
But now its been four months, they are to updating my ITC status. This has badly affected my credit score.
