During feb 2015 i visited buco in uitenhage. when i got to the person processing the sale, two articles, amongst other nails, could not be processed as they were already sold, but the articles were on the display shelves.
In november the same thing happened. An article displayed could not be purchased as it was already sold. The article was a garden tap.
i asked that the manager/owner to contact me, . That did not happen.
now im resorting to this site to inform ppl of the pathetic (non) service. Im never going to purchase there again. When you go to a store and articles are displayed it means they are for sale. I honestly can say this business wont last long, or will not prosperwith such incompetant management. Look after your customers you are loosing them.
