Order #22312 was placed on the 23/01/14. I was contacted telephonically the next morning to confirm that the order will be dispatched that afternoon and I should receive it on Monday, 27/01/14. I have tried replying to the order confirmation email and send messages via the website, but no-one has replied and my order has still not been fulfilled.
