Impossible to source a product

On 21/1/2014 I emailed Edgars requesting them to source a shampoo which is not stocked by my local branches, Kerastase Bain Divalent .(ref:2090432/20140122/SGN) I had already dealt with Melissa from Walmer Park) who tried her best, but could not help. Also several phone calls made by me. The next day, I was checking my emails and my cellphone was lying next to me. The phone rang once only and the call was ended before I could even pick it up. Simultaneously, I received an email from Antenel Strydom saying that she tried to phone me, but was unable to reach me. Clearly I was briefly misscalled to create the impression that an attempt was made to assist me. My mail was forwarded to 2 branches and a week later I got a call from Chris (Clearwater) who explained why he could not send me the shampoo and told me I must go back to the Loreal counter and insist that it be ordered and speak to the Account Exec if this should fail. So back at square 1, I made a 3rd trip to a branch on the other side of town and spoke to Luwelda. She shrugged and said she can't order it, because she doesn't stock it. Incidently, I had to go and call her to help me as she was chatting with 3 colleagues. HELP!
