Dear Management of Dischem Wonderboom Junction
I went to dischem on the 5th of February to buy a few essentials. I am a mom of a 3 month old baby and he came with me to do my shopping.
As I was on my way to the tillpoint -walking through the cosmetics/parfuum- area, one of your employees, Mary stopped me and asked whether I am on my way to pay. I replied Yes. She offered to help me at another till point in the cosmetics area where I did not have to stand in the queue with my baby.
This helped me a lot as it is difficult to shop with a baby of such a young age.
I did not get her last name, but her name tag said Mary, and she was a African lady.
A BIG thank you to Mary for being so sweet. I will appreciate it if you can pass on this compliment to her. We need more sales assistants like Mary in the service industry. She will make a huge difference and is an asset for dischem.
