Let me start by saying that CNA is the worst retailer shop in South Africa. Their services rendered are worse than the South African government.
I purchased a package of 2 books on line on the 22nd of January. Till date no delivery. After numerous phone calls to CNA I can still not find out what problem is. Trying to speak to a manager is also impossible, because it seems that CNA management is in meetings from 07h00 in the morning to 18h00 in the evening.
CNA do not even follow their own promises made on their own website. Don't even try to call them, the operator will just put you on hold and forget about you. Well Done CNA, you lost me as a customer forever. Please return my money and compensate me for inconvenience and the telephone calls I had to make.
