I requested a quote for a computer stand similar to the one on display and an Air Cooler for the purpose of submitting the quote to an Insurance Company for claiming purposes. The quoted amount for the computer stand was captured as R399. We submitted the quote in the mean time and decided to buy the computer stand in the mean time due to need of it to work on. When we wanted to purchase the item we were informed that it was not for sale. I indicated that I have the right to buy the item quoted on for the price quoted as I spesifically indicated that it was an insurance claim and were issued with the quote. I never indicated that I wanted the displayed item but surely they should have stock or obtain the item when it is displayed and being quoted on. Very bad attitude from the sales lady as well as non-acceptable feedback from the call made by the sales lady to the Manager, bluntly stating that the item is not for sale, no effort to compensate or negotiate. Who will pay the difference when the Insurance Company now only pay the R399 and they do not want to sell the item or similar stock? I tried to phone the Regional manager, Jaco Botha, no answer and left a message. No respo
