No response and Rude attitude

On the 30th Oct I went to Makro (Wonderboom) to collect the entertainment unit, on my departure I realised that my galaxy tap, portable DVD player and DVDs are missing from my car, I called Makro, Spoke to Len (Risk Manager) asking him to check for me what happened in their cameras, promised to get back to me, he never did, the following day I called as a follow up, he denied that he spoke to me, saying he was not at work that day, he was very rude, I gave him my details again, promised to get back to me AGAIN, even today, he hasn't come back to me. I was not asking him to replace my staff, I just wanted to know what exactly has happened as I remember locking my car, that means makro is not a safe place to shop at, and they won't even bother to assist you if you get robbed there, or are they involved in this?? I am asking myself. It happened that we touched this subject with my Dr during consaltution, he told me that I'm the 3rd person saying the same thing to him, it happened to the daughter of their helper as well. People please open your eyes when shopping at Makro, try your car doors to check if they are really locked, if possible use alternative shops...
