Manager is incapable of giving feedback

Hi Guys,

I trust this email finds you doing well. My Fianc? placed an order for a handful of bridesmaid picture frames early in December 2013 at the Tygervalley Cardies. The manager of the store assured us that she would order some new stock the very next Monday.

We are now in Feb 2014 and we have contacted the Manager a couple of times over the past couple of weeks, who assured us everytime that she would get it ordered by the next day and give us a call back to confirm.

I had no idea that it would be this difficult for a client to do business with Cardies and it has been an unpleasant experience. Could you please advise urgently who we can contact to purchase these items as the manager seems incapable of doing this task.
