A complaint was submitted on 6th January 2014. I purchased a waterproof camera for my grandaughter and the first time that she used it in water the inside was wet.
Complaint no CAS-750382-S0W7W7 was received on the same day. I was notified that the camera would be collected. I gave them the correct collection address as my granddaughter also lives in Durban but not at the same address as my delivery address.
It took them 2 weeks to collect the camera and only then after we put it onto Facebook - and then it took a week for collection with [URL Removed] blaming collection company and visa versa.
Still waiting for a response/reimbursement/new camera and all of this time my 11 year old granddaughter sits without her gift - totally, totally unacceptable.
