I phoned Game Cresta & rec'd their pricing on an item I could buy from another retailer at a lower price. Kennedy advised me his price on the item would be R110 cheaper. I phoned a few more retailers & decided that Game was closer to my home so I would go & buy the item from Kennedy. I phoned Kennedy & gave him a 40 minute warning that I was coming into the store & told him the names of the people I had dealt with at the other retailer so that he could verify their price & have his stock available at the promised price. When I arrived at the store they firstly could not find Kennedy and then when they did he then started the process of phoning the other retailer. HOW ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! How do these types of people keep themselves employed by a store which is geared on customer service??? I at this point phoned my contact at Stax & told them I was on my way to buy the item. Game, your customer service is NON EXISTENT hence you did not see my R1000 last week and you will never see another cent from me in the future! I will shop at Stax from now on as they appreciate and value their customers & I will ensure all & sundry hear my story. Word of mouth can be very damaging!
