On the 28th of January 2014 I was at work in Johannesburg and I received and sms informing me of a purchase that was made from my Totalsports account in Secunda for the amount of R5598 at American Swiss by a person that I do not even know and who obviously had a duplicate of my card because I had my original card with me and had never lost any of my personal belongings even my ID book. I did report the matter to them on the same day and sent through all the relavant documents on the 29th of January 2014 and no one has come through to inform me on how far the matter is in terms of them resolving it. I am very disappointed in the service that I got since I make sure that my account is paid on time and is also well maintained. Will soon be closing this account because it is just clear that the level of security is just not up to standard.
