IN SEPTEMBER 2013, MY WIFE QUERIED WITH EDGARDS ABOUT FUNERAL POLICIES.THE CALL CENTRE AGENT GIVE MY WIFE ALL THE DETAILS OVER THE PHONE BUT SAID HE WOULD SEND HER ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO REVIEW AND THEN SHE CAN THEN DECIDE AND SIGN THE DOCUMENTS OFF AND EMAIL HIM BACK.nO DOCUMENTS EVER CAME SO WE TOOK OUT OUR FUNERAL POLICIES SOMEWERE ELSE.AT THE END SEPTEMBER, WE GOT BILLED FOR THE FUNERAL POLICIE AND WE CALLED IN AND THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT SAID THEY WILL RECTIFY IT AND CANCEL ACCORDINGLY AS THEY CHECK AND CANNOT FIND NO VOICE RECORDING OR SIGNED DOCUMENTS STATING THAT WE APPROVE THE FUNERAL POLICIES.THEN IN NOVEMBER, WE GET BILLED AGAIN AND CALLED AGAIN ONLY TO BE PROMISED THE SAME THING.YESTERDAY I WENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS IN GREENSTONE EDGARS ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT WE ARE OVERDUE ON THE ACCOUNT AND WE STILL GETTING CHARGED.I FOUND OUT TODAY THAT A CREDIT APPLICATION HAS BEEN DECLINED DUE TO THE FACT THAT EDGARDS HAS LISTED MY WIFE IN ITC. EDGARDS.I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT THE STAFF AT THE GREENSTONE BRANCH WAS GREAT AND TRIED TO ASSIST US BUT THERE HANDS HANDS ARE TIED AS THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT HAS TO DEAL WITH IT AND THEY HAVE PATHECTIC CLIENT SKILLS.
