Every time I go to Foschini into Foschini at Greenstone in the cosmetics department i never get any service, there is always 3 or 2 ladies standing by the counter chatting away even though they clearly saw that you need help they won't even try to assist you until you ask them to help and when you do they will tell you they don't work with Clinique products, so you have to assist yourself. this has happened twice to me and on a separate occasion to my sister. Then sometimes when purchasing Clinique products you have to receive a free gift, they won't even offer it to you, you have to ask for them to give you the gift that's due to you. it's unfair cause I pay my accounts on time, and i expect to get good service.
