I bought a brand new Titan Cruz Mountain Bike from sportsmans warehouse in centurion on 02 February 2014
They informed me that I had to wait an hour or so to give them time to service & setup the new bike. So I left and returned an hour later to collect the bike. (Impressed by the fast and free service)
Happy to get on my new bike. Driving for almost 2km my one pedal came off.
After my long walk home I found that the other pedal and both the brake calipers were also lose. After tightening all the bolts and nuts that were lose, I went for another ride about 2km further my Titan Cruz Mountain Bike's chain snapped.
I'm really disappointed in the "free" service & the poor quality of the bike. Not to mention that I've found out that I have paid R1400 more than in most other shops.
