I would like to know why is whenever I shop at Pretoria Pick 'n Pay cashiers in general refuse to speak English? Or is it that they assume I'm coloured I that I can speak Sotho (assuming). When I speak English to them and tell them I don't understand they are annoyed. Does Pretoria or Pick 'n Pay not have a sense of customer service? Why do the persist in assuming that everyone can understand them?
