On Sunday 26 January I purchased clothes from Edgars Gateway. I used my card to swipe and the transaction was deemed unsuccessful on their system, but it went off on my bank account. I then had to swipe again and this time the transaction went through. I filled in some paperwork and was told the transaction would be reversed within 24 hours. The next day I phoned in to find out if there was any progress, I was once again told that I would have to wait another 24 hours. It has been 5 days since this has happened and I still haven't received my money back. I find it ridiculous that I have to phone around and try to get my money back for a fault that was their own!! Will I ever actually get compensated??
