Four people and R55 airt and no one help 2 days la

I called Amanzimtoti makro two days ago for a 6 piece welding kit advertised that I wanted to buy. I was 4 times give some else as no one know what it is! The fourth man said he know and I must wait, after about 6 min he said he have a spray gun, and hose and clamps... what a stupid bunch of people answering the phone, its very upsetting if you call for n product and no one know what is a 6 piece welding kit!!! Why is that such persons answer the phone and no help at all? Its not the first time. Please get people to answer that know what products it is what we need.
