I would like commend Leah (Not sure of the spelling) on the outstanding service that she displayed to me when nobody else could help. Being on holiday in December and running short of medication due to the post office being on strike. Tried most pharmacies in Durban and almost gave up until I decided to try Bluff pharmacy. This lady saved my day. She checked her stock and did have the tablets, so she told me to come through, however the store closes at 5pm. In my panic I tried to rush over but was delayed so I called to advise her that I am on my way but it seems like I'll be late. Being friendly and caring, she told me to come and she will wait for me. When I got to the store, Leah was still there waiting for me.
This is service at its best.
