I purchased goods from Checkers Raslouw Lifestyle on 5 February 2013. Upon arriving at home I discovered that a number of items purchased were not in my shopping bags. I phoned the branch thismorning, 6 February 2013 and was assisted by Willem. He was friendly, efficient and provided feedback within a very short period. Although the items could not be found, I was informed that the items would be replaced and that I can pick it up at my convenience. This is a great customer service. Keep it up! I will be a loyal customer for years to come.
