On 2012/12/31 I gave Edgars notice (on their website) that my wife would like to close her account. On 2013/01/02 I received an email saying that the template received by them was blank. (???). I replied by sending them screenshots of the complaint as well as their confirmation. On 2013/01/28 I emailed them again threatening to take the matter up with senior management unless I received a reply in 7 days. Yesterday I attempted to get hold of a regional manager or directors email address. Their reception staff is as incompetent as their admin staff. I have now spent 36 days dealing with this matter and have only received confirmation that their IT Department is also dysfunctional. I notice that only 356 complainants from a total of 2729 were satisfied with their response. I think I shouldn't hold my breath.
