Mid last year-i was shopping in the woolworths in ghandi square- JHB CBD. the store agent who helped me apply for a woolworths acc card then asked me to borrow her the amount of 50 rand to go home, she will pay me the next day- after runnning around after her and calling her for months- costing me more money than what i borrowed her initially..
i decided to notify my mother, she then tells the staff at the same woolworths store about the matter at hand, and the store agent was not present at the store on that day- (mandisa) the staff call upon the manager who says this is a serious matter and it will be dealt with.
a few days later, a lady named masello says she is the area manager investigating the matter, can I ..along with my mother meet her at a bigger woolworths down the road- on kerk street... she says a man named wandile will accomodate us if we get there before her... masello does not show up, while wandile calls her, after a few excuses- she doesnt answer her phone at all.
my mother and i have missed work due to this meeting scheduled mid-day -that did not take place... i want to be re-imbursed for this for loss of wages- i reported this incident before with no response!
