I called into the contact centre as my order got stuck in the payment process. The contact centre agent, Suaiman, advised me to cancel the order and re-place it. I was reluctant to do that as the order consisted of 5 speciality books that had taken me ages to find. With no hesitation, Suaiman offered to replicate the order in my basket so that I just had to cancel the first order and process payment on the replicated order. Thank you for a relatively small service that meant a lot to me as it saved me at least half an hour of searching for the books again!
