Poor customer experiece

I ordered coaches and a samsung smart tv last week and I recieved my order going back to the store and re-applying or to sign the contract again. Secondly the delivered on saturday after calling morethan 8 times to get my delivery. On sunday I open the TV only to find out their no srews that hold the TV and the its stand, I dont know for the maybe 77th time I have to call back the store to inform them of the problem i am having with thier TV, Tshepo and Mike told me they had to open another tv and check which srews are not there. Today its tuesday no one called me back and I have to take my busy time to call them back and tell them my problem only to get a response of I have to bring the TV to them and wait for Tshepo to return from work knows when but month end I have to pay. I dont have even 7 days doing business with you guys I have spend morethan R250 of my airtime missed apointments. I am very irate customer right now. Furniture city can come to my place and pick up their staff for all I care.
