Since Dec last year, I have been trying to purchase a men's bracelet. I have contacted all the stores in Bloemfontein to determine if they have the item in stock. No store did so I sent a request to AMJ customer service who replied saying there is stock in two of the stores in Bloemfontein. I contacted the stores again who replied that they did not have stock. I then requested that the item be sent to Bloemfontein from another store who had it in stock, which they agreed to. Still no reply! I cant believe I have to begg so badly to make a purchase! There is no customer service.
